Privacy notice

In short
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising tools, loads nothing from other websites and has no forms. Like any website, it is served with technical connection records kept by our host.
The personal data we receive directly is what you choose to send us by email. This notice explains what happens to it, and to those connection records, as required by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who is responsible
Datasight SAS, 229 rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France, registered in France under SIREN number 999 780 307, is responsible for the personal data described here.
For any question about your data, write to hello@datasightplatform.com.
When you write to us
We receive your email address, your name if you give it, your message and anything you attach.
We use them to reply to you and to follow up on your request. This rests on our legitimate interest in answering the messages sent to us, or on steps you ask us to take before a contract.
We keep your messages for three years after our last exchange, then delete them, unless a contract between us requires a longer period.
Your messages are read by the Datasight team. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which processes them on our behalf. Where Google processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is covered by an adequacy decision or by the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.
When you visit the site
The site is hosted by Gandi SAS, 63-65 boulevard Masséna, 75013 Paris, France. Like any web server, it records technical connection data: IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type.
These records serve only to run and secure the service. We never use them to measure audience or to build profiles of visitors. This rests on our legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure.
The server keeps these records in a fixed number of log files and deletes the oldest file each time a new one begins.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies on your device, so there is nothing to accept or refuse.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. You can also give instructions on what happens to your data after your death. No decision about you is made automatically.
Write to hello@datasightplatform.com. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, www.cnil.fr.
Changes
If the way we handle data changes, this notice changes with it. The date at the top shows the current version.
